1999 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc

Botrytis, which grows on the grape itself, does not develop every year. The Botrytis concentrates both sugar and flavor. Under ideal conditions the harvest sugar will be from 2 to 3 times the normal harvest sugars.

Like our other white wines it is fermented and aged in oak puncheons until ready for bottling.
